43rd Annual San Francisco Jazz Festival
From Friday, June 12, 2026 to Sunday, June 14, 2026 June 12, 2026 June 14, 2026 Stanford Court
The San Francisco Jazz Festival has entered a bold new era. Since moving into the state-of-the-art SFJAZZ Center in 2013, the festival has evolved from a city-wide series into a concentrated, high-impact block party in the historic Hayes Valley arts district. Under the creative leadership of legendary trumpeter Terence Blanchard, the 43rd edition continues the festival's "revamped" format—transforming the area around Franklin Street into a vibrant jazz campus.
Festival Highlights:
- Non-Stop Music: Experience over 35 performances in three days, ranging from intimate sets in the Joe Henderson Lab to grand showcases in Miner Auditorium and the massive Festival Tent.
- Global Talent: Expect a diverse lineup that spans the history of jazz, from Afro-Cuban pioneers and NEA Jazz Masters to experimental electronic fusion and modern vocalists.
- Beyond the Music: The street market between venues features Off the Grid food trucks, a dedicated beer garden, local wine vendors, and a curated selection of art and vinyl merchants.
- Special Events: Keep an eye out for "SFJAM" community jam sessions and pre-concert talks that offer a deeper look into the artist's process.
