Game Day in SF: A Guide for Warriors Fans

Travel Tips

This one's for #DubNation.

Basketball season in San Francisco isn’t just a schedule — it’s a ritual. The Warriors are back on the court, Chase Center is loud, and the city ramps up with the kind of energy you can feel blocks away. And if you’re staying at Stanford Court on Nob Hill, you’re planted right in a prime spot to make the most of it.

Here’s the straightforward, game‑day playbook:

Start Strong: Morning at Stanford Court

Before you head out for the day, grab breakfast and a solid coffee at The Mixing Room. No fuss. Just good fuel to get you moving. You can choose from our a la carte breakfast items or opt for it all with our classic American breakfast buffet.

Kill Some Time Like a Local

If you’ve got hours before tip‑off, San Francisco makes it easy to stay entertained:

  • Jump on a cable car right outside the hotel
  • Walk to Union Square for shopping or fan gear
  • Hit Chinatown for quick eats
  • Walk the waterfront near the Ferry Building for views and snacks
  • Head to the Chase Center early for bites or drinks at Thrive City

Nothing complicated — just solid pre‑game city time.
