What is check in/check out time?

Is Late Check out available?

Late check-out is based on availability. Please reach out to our front desk to inquire if a check-out until 1:00PM is available. Unrequested late departures will be subject to a fee of up to one full night's stay.

Is early check in available?

Early check-in is based on availability. If a room is not available for early check in, we can gladly hold your luggage till check in is available.

How much is high speed/wifi internet access?

What is the Urban Bundle fee?

Where is your hotel located?

We are located at 905 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94108. We are located on the corner of Powell St and California St.

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?

We do not have a shuttle but our concierges team can assist in booking transportation, Concierge@stanfordcourt.com

Is public transportation available from the SFO airport?

The Bart offers transportation from SFO to Powell St and Montgomery St stations. Fees available at Bart.gov. From the stations we are a 15 minute walk, please note it will be an uphill walk as we are located atop the prized Nob Hill. From the stations, bus, cable car, lyft, uber, or taxi can also be used to arrive at our hotel.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?

Yes, we offer valet parking, Fee: $52+ tax/night, Oversize vehicles : $57+tax/night. Our Parking Package offers a great option for both room rate and parking

How do I find something I have lost at your hotel?

Do you offer breakfast?

Continental and American Buffet options are available at our restaurant for $20-$30/ps. Our Breakfast Package offers a great option for both room rate & Breakfast.

Is room service available?

We do not offer room service. Our Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, hours and additional information are available on our website's dining page.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?

yes, our newly expanded fitness center is located on the main level and available 24 hours

What kind of equipment does fitness center offer?

Precor Treadmilles & elliptical machines, free weights, boxing bag, stationary bikes, access to Kinima.fit’s virtual fitness training platform, and more

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?

Rollaways are $25 per night. No additional charges for cribs. Some rooms cannot accommodate Rollaways due to fire safety restricitons. Cribs & rollaways upon request & availability

Are pets permitted in your hotels? Is there a fee?

Yes pets allowed up to 50 lbs, a $50 deep cleaning fee applies. Pet waiver must be signed . Fee waived for service animals

Do you allow smoking on property?

We are a non smoking hotel. There are designated smoking areas outside of the hotel

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

No minimum age to check-in

Are there a maximum number of occupants permitted in each guestroom?

Yes. The maximum number of occupants is based on room type, ex- 3 persons max permitted in a single bed room; a maximum of 4 persons is allowed in a double bed room and in our Suite.

Reservations & Policies

Is a credit card required to gaurantee a reservation?

Yes, a valid credit card is required to guarantee and secure your reservations. The credit card must be present at check in along with valid photo identification of the card holder and registered hotel guest.

Can I change or cancel a reservation online?

Cancellation Policies vary based on the type of reservation and the rate booked, refer to reservation confirmation for policy.

Cancellable reservations can be cancelled online using your name + reservation confirmation or cc number

For reservations booked on a third party sites (expedia, booking.com), please contact the company directly.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Cancellation Policies vary based on the type of reservation and the rate booked, refer to reservation confirmation for policy.

For our 24 hour cancel policy, cancellations must be received by 4pm 1 day prior to arrival.

Non Refundable reservations cannot be cancelled.

What if I can't find my reservation online

Will there be an authorization fee at check-in?

Yes, our required authorization of $50 will be charged at check-in, authorization released at check-out and may take 3-5 business days to return to your card. Please contact your bank directly for authorization release details.

Will my credit card be chareged if I don't check in on the date of arrival?

yes, our no-show fee is 1 Night Room & Tax. For non refundable res, full amount is charged. Reservation will be released, additional nights will need to be rebooked.

Can I reserve multiple rooms with one reservation?

Yes, multiple rooms can be booked online or with us, each room will have a different confirmation number.

Can I book my company's negotiated rate online?

Yes, use the booking code provided by company in the "offer code" field

If I change my reservations, will my rate change?

Yes, rates will change based on dates of stay. Rates are affected by many factors including seasonality, day of week, room type.

Can I book special convention rates online?

No, Please refer to housing office for convention rate reservations

Can I reserve connecting rooms?

Connecting rooms may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed until check in. Connecting rooms based on availability.

Can I pre-pay for the reservation?

Yes, contact the Reservations department or book our Non Refundable reseravations.

How do I pay for someone else's reservation?

Complete a CC Authorization form and fax to us. Must be recevied at least 24 hrs prior to arrival to accommodate for approval process. Contact our reservations department for form, reservations@stanfordcourt.com

How can I make a group reservation? Do you offer discounts to groups?

For groups needing 10 or more rooms, please contact our Sales Department at sales@stanfordcourt.com
