Seven Stills Releases
Stanford Court Hotel is excited to announce that our friends and partners at Seven Stills Brewery & Distillery have started the new season with a bang – brewing up new, intriguing beers, distilling whiskey and taking home awards for their endeavors.
In case you haven’t heard, we’ve recently teamed up with the local distillery and brewery to create Seven Stills Nob Hill, a restaurant, bar and lounge specializing in whiskey and craft beer in our very own Stanford Court Hotel. Read more.
Seven Stills Brewery & Distillery was recognized as a top 10 craft whiskey distillery in the country by USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards!

The distillery pros also took home bronze at Whiskies of the World for their flagship whiskey, Chocasmoke. Distilled from chocolate oatmeal stout beer and smokey hops, this tasty spirit is available at Seven Stills Nob Hill. Try it in an Old Fashioned for a fresh, new take on an old favorite.

Bayview Haze (re-release)
Back by popular demand. This hazy double IPA was an instant success during SF Beer Week. Brewed with pomegranate in collaboration with Laughing Monk, Ferment-Drink-Repeat and Bare Bottle Brewing.
Honey Dew Harvest
Part of Seven Stills’ Kettle Sour program, Honeydew Harvest is a collaboration with Sacramento's Track 7 Brewing. Brewed with honeydew melon, this sour packs a punch with 6.7 percent ABV and tastes oh-so-good.
